A trusted name, ready to become a company.

Guy Biggar built his reputation selling higher-value homes in Vancouver, Kitsilano and Richmond. The next move was east, across the Fraser, into Langley, South Surrey and White Rock. That meant new people. Established homeowners updating or upsizing. Owners leaving the North Shore for more space. First-time buyers and investors. It also meant a bigger goal: a real estate company with a team, and a name people trust at every price point. The brand had to make that move before he did.

02

Known for luxury. Out of reach for everyone else.

Success at the top of the market had a side effect. The brand read as luxury, so everyday buyers assumed it wasn't for them. It also rested on one person. Guy's face and name carried everything, while a capable team stayed out of view. That works for one agent. It doesn't scale. The brief was clear. Open the brand to buyers and sellers of non-luxury homes, keep the luxury clients, and build awareness across the Lower Mainland with a modern website.

The same service at every price point.

The answer was already in how the business works. One of the brand's core values put it plainly: the value of the property is irrelevant. A first apartment gets the same level of service as a high-end home. Every client, every time. That became the position. Keep the standard. Lose the price tag. The voice followed. Professional, approachable and straight talking, with no industry jargon. Two words framed it. Realty Refined.

A signature for the person. A name for the company.

Early routes kept Guy's full name. The chosen route dropped it. BIGGAR Real Estate gives the business a name that can hold a team, set in a tall, condensed sans with wide tracking and plenty of white space. The personal touch moved into a single signature B. A signature speaks to the reputation of a real person, so the mark keeps Guy present without making him the whole story. Deep navy and gold carry the premium cues without the gloss. It sits as comfortably on a business card as it does on a car door.

Personal enough to trust. Built to grow.

Biggar Real Estate now has a strategy, a voice and an identity that point the same way. The signature B runs across yard signs, the vehicle, business cards and the website, with a stationery and listing system ready behind it. It is built to read as established to luxury clients and approachable to everyone else. The principle holds for any personal brand that wants to grow. Let the person become the signature. Let the name become the company.
