One-off overflow is billed at standard project rates. Reserved, ongoing capacity isn't; it can land up to 20% below project pricing, and the more you commit, the better the rate gets. No rate card, because it moves with volume. That's by design: commit more, pay less per hour, and stop re-negotiating every project.
The calendar holds limited agency partnerships at a time, full stop. Embedded work only scales so far before the standard starts slipping, and that standard is the entire point of hiring senior instead of junior. If the timing's close, have the conversation now, not when the roster's already full.
Standard NDA on every engagement. White-label means white-label. Nothing from the work shows up in a portfolio, case study, or anywhere else without your sign-off first.

What's the typical engagement length?
Three to twelve months is the norm. Some stay open-ended. Either way, we review regularly so neither of us is guessing.
A single freelance task with no ongoing relationship. If that's the ask, a marketplace will be faster and cheaper, and I'll tell you that straight.
